I redesigned the User flow of the online ordering system for Publix through the Instacart app to include a section for seasonal produce that is sourced locally. I chose to add this section of the website to encourage consumers to buy locally sourced produce to reduce carbon emission, stimulate the local economy, and reduce preservatives in their food.
Using Figma, I designed a wireframe for the specific user flow that would be followed to find and order this fresh, in-season produce. I added stickers on each item listing to show how far they travelled from, information about the carbon emissions being saved, and a graph that explains when a specific item is in season.
This helped me develop my wire framing and UX/UI skills.
